Introducing Missy Mullin, Medical Receptionist at Bloomfield Health

Since studying psychology at A-Level, she then went on to study a degree in psychology at university, where she gained valuable insight and knowledge into the human mind and behavior.

 

After graduating, Missy pursued a career in private healthcare, working as a medical secretary. She quickly found that she had a natural aptitude for the role, enjoying being the first point of contact for patients and offering them care and compassion to give them the support they need. Her experience and expertise in the field of mental health, combined with her kind and compassionate nature, make her an invaluable asset to the team at Bloomfield Health.

 

As a medical receptionist, Missy's main responsibility is to ensure that patients feel welcomed and comfortable when they arrive at the clinic. A: I have worked in the private healthcare industry for 2 years. I always took an interest in psychiatry since school. I studied psychology at A-Level and then went on to study Psychology at University. When I heard about Bloomfield Health and the outstanding reputation they have for providing quality care and support for individuals experiencing mental health issues, I knew I had to be a part of their team. I find it incredibly rewarding to work in an environment where I can use my skills and experience to help patients achieve better mental health and well-being.

 

Q: What do you hope to add to the team?

 

A: I hope to add value to Bloomfield Health by bringing my dedication and determination to deliver effective customer service to patients. I believe that my empathetic approach will allow me to connect with patients and contribute to helping improve their lives. I am a team player, and I hope to collaborate with my colleagues to provide the best possible care and support to our patients.
